At JS Curated Concepts, we understand that renovating and redesigning can be frustrating, time-consuming, and difficult to navigate; our goal is to streamline and simplify the process. We are a concierge-style home renovation management and design business, adapted to fit your individual needs. Whether you are building a new home, renovating your current home, or simply redesigning, we offer various levels of carefully curated services to oversee your project and to help manage and execute your design vision.

SERVICES ON OFFER:

• Assisting with interior and exterior design selections and purchasing, including trade discount pricing

• Accompanying client to showrooms and/or selecting options independently for client review

• Sourcing and managing dependable and affordable subcontractors and vendors

• Communication liaison between client and builder, contractor, architect, designer, etc.

• Planning and meeting with subcontractors and vendors for price quotes, work appointments, and installs, and managing them throughout the process

• Thoroughly reviewing installs and following up with trades to remediate and correct issues

• Organizing needs lists and managing timelines; ensuring that trades stay on schedule

• Understanding and meeting the needs of client expectations and concerns, and facilitating those conversations with associated parties

• Available for contract work with builders and designers to assist clients with project management and/or design selections
